*Recalculating…*
I love a new beginning, a fresh start, the opportunity to “recalculate” in a big way. I believe you can recalculate at any time in life just as you can when driving in your car. This time of year is especially good for remembering we can create our lives to be how we really want them to be.
Life happens. We can’t always control what happens to us, but we always have control of our experience and perspective we are going to have about the circumstances in our lives. So I invite you to remember to “recalculate” often. Take a deep breath and start again.
Something else I am paying attention to this year is rushing. I am mindfully NOT rushing. Catching myself when I start to make drama out of the smallest thing and remember to take it one step at a time.
If it isn’t going how you want it to: Stop. Listen to your Inner GPS. Recalculate.
