What a great 30 min session on how to get back on track! I especially liked the idea of treating some tasks as a ‘game’. I can see how it would help lighten up the mood and encourage creative thinking by bringing in a level of playfulness that often disappears when I’m worried or anxious about something. Highly recommended and looking forward to the next one!
