You know there is no “there” right?

No actual place to arrive in our lives where we have ‘made it.’

There is always always always more. More to achieve, another mountain to climb, the next level to get to.

Our mind will chime in and remind us that even though we have accomplished something truly wonderful, we are still not as good as all of those others who have achieved more and made it look so easy in the process.

What if you could create a definition for yourself of what “there” would really be.

A place to arrive within yourself that would hold meaning and signify achievement:

Making deliberate moves toward the life you are excited to create.

Nourishing your mind and body on a regular basis with uplifting material and making healthy choices.

Reflecting on your day and being able to feel great about how you spent your time.

And regardless of any specific additional actions, how would it be if in this exact moment you decided you were already there- and that you were allowed to feel totally fantastic about it?

Deep. Sigh.

Take the feeling of already there-ness and head out into this amazing gift of time having already arrived.
